Basically, this user decided to comment on Charlyne Yi specifically, instead of focusing on the style of the movie or oh, I don’t know, the other actors. Thing is, this user wasn’t even focusing on her acting, rather, on how she’s an unhygienic mentally challenged hipster lesbian.

Well, when I read it, I thought it was completely unfair to kind of insult someone to this extent, considering Yi was probably just being herself, and the user just jumped to conclusions based on what she sees. She’s being judged without reason.

This brings me to the question about how people in our current society are so quick to judge (or misjudge) people based on certain qualities. This review isn’t so much of a judgement anymore, but rather, a very rude criticism and a personal attack. How often are people quick to defend others when insults are thrown at them? Do people actually care in the first place? How often are we the ones passing judgements like this? How often are we being judged to this extent?
